Can one order of skincare boxes cover different container sizes?
Yes. Each size is its own box, quoted on the same order, and we keep the artwork and board consistent across them.

Written prices from £0.25 a box. Free proof, made in 4–6 business days, free tracked UK delivery.

Skincare boxes are printed cartons or rigid boxes made to hold one skincare product, such as a dropper bottle, a jar or a pump.
They are cut to the exact container so the product does not rattle, and printed with your name, product line and ingredients panel. We size, print and proof them for UK brands and deliver free with tracking.
A skincare box is the printed carton or rigid box your product sits in from the shelf to the customer's bathroom.
In the photos you can see the two ends of the range. One is a navy rigid box with a magnetic lid and a foil frame, holding a serum and a jar together. The other is a set of pastel tuck end cartons for single dropper bottles.
Both do the same job. They hold the container still, give you panels for the name, the ingredients and the batch code, and make the product look worth its price.
The carton is what most brands start with. The rigid box comes in when you sell a set or want a gift-counter feel.
Nearly every container in a skincare line benefits from a box, mainly because the label on a bottle is too small to carry the full ingredient list in legible type.
A box gives you four more panels. The products we box most often are listed below, and the wider skincare packaging range for UK brands covers each one in more detail.
The typical order comes from a brand with three to six products that wants them to look like one family.
That might be a start-up launching a cleanser, a serum and a moisturiser together, or a clinic putting its own name on a retail line at reception.
Aromatherapy makers and soap makers who have added a face oil also come to us, as do marketplace sellers who need a box that looks sharp against a white background in listings.
If your launch is still at the planning stage, work through the packaging checklist for a UK skincare launch before you fix any sizes. It lists what to decide before the quote.
Measure each container at its widest and tallest point, including the cap or dropper.
Add roughly 2 mm on width and depth, and 3 mm on height. That small gap lets the product slide in without scuffing the print.
A dropper bottle is tall and narrow, a jar is short and wide, and a pump bottle is taller still. You cannot give them one box size, but you can give them one width and one panel layout so they line up on a shelf. The typical UK cosmetic box sizes page lists the usual starting points.
| Container | Measure | Typical carton |
|---|---|---|
| 30 ml dropper bottle | About 32 mm wide, 95 mm tall with bulb | About 35 x 35 x 100 mm |
| 50 ml glass jar | About 60 mm wide, 55 mm tall with lid | About 65 x 65 x 60 mm |
| 100 ml pump bottle | About 40 mm wide, 145 mm tall with pump | About 45 x 45 x 150 mm |
| 15 ml eye cream tube | About 25 mm wide, 90 mm tall | About 28 x 28 x 95 mm |
A folding carton in boxboard somewhere between 350 and 400 gsm is the everyday choice.
It prints sharply, folds flat for storage and keeps the unit cost low for a run of a few hundred.
A rigid box uses greyboard wrapped in a printed sheet. It arrives made up, has weight in the hand and suits sets, gift editions and anything sold at a salon counter.
Many brands run both: cartons for single products and one rigid box for the bundle. The closures and tuck styles are set out side by side in our guide to cosmetic box styles.
Other boards, rigid constructions and finishes can be requested, and the quote lists what we have used.
Skincare sells on calm, clean surfaces.
Soft touch lamination gives a velvety matt feel that hides fingerprints, and a single foil hit on the brand name adds the shine without clutter.
Embossing works well on white or cream board, as the wave pattern on the white rigid box in our photos shows. Spot UV can pick out a logo on a matt background. Each of these is an option, and we explain which combine well in spot UV and soft touch on beauty boxes.
You can have full colour CMYK, two colour or single colour print. Inside print on the carton is a cheap way to add a thank-you line or a how-to-use panel.
A dropper bottle in a carton will survive most parcels if it cannot move.
The tight fit from the sizing step does most of the work. For glass jars or sets, a card or foam insert holds each piece in its own cavity.
The carton itself is not the outer parcel. Wrap it in tissue and place it in a mailer or a padded bag, so the print arrives without scuffs. Brands posting direct to customers often pair the carton with a printed mailer box for cosmetics that takes the knocks.
Tissue, card and foam inserts are all available on request.
Shelf presence comes from repetition.
Keep the brand name at the same height on every carton, use one typeface for the product name and change only the colour or the botanical drawing between products.
Put the ingredients and directions on the back panel in the same place on each box. Shop staff and customers learn where to look.
A bundle of two or three products in a single rigid box turns a routine into a gift. Our skincare gift set boxes with inserts page shows how a serum and a cream share one tray.
The most common mistake is measuring the bottle without the dropper.
The bulb and collar can add 25 mm, and the carton ends up with the lid tuck forced open.
The second is dark solid colour on the biggest panel of a tuck end carton. Any scuff on a solid navy or black shows white. A matt lamination or a lighter base colour avoids it.
Third is ordering before the final label is signed off. If the label wording changes, the box back panel has to change too. Finish the label, then send us the artwork.
The whole process runs by email, phone or WhatsApp, and the steps are short.
Anything misprinted or damaged on arrival: photograph it inside 10 days and we sort a reprint or refund.
You can request a skincare box quote online with your sizes attached, and the sequence below is what follows.
Choose a real photo of the box you have in mind, put your logo on it, pick a colour and finish, and send it over. Our designers turn it into a free, print-ready proof.

The more we know about what goes inside, the bottle or jar, the quantity and the look you are after, the sharper the price. A packaging specialist replies within one business day with a written quote and a free design proof.

Yes. Each size is its own box, quoted on the same order, and we keep the artwork and board consistent across them.
The back panel is usually reserved for ingredients, directions and the batch code. Our designers set the type at a legible size on the proof.
Boxboard in the 350 to 400 gsm range suits most dropper bottles and jars. Heavier containers or sets move to rigid board, on request.
Yes. Folding cartons and rigid boxes can both carry inside print. Brands often add a short welcome line or usage steps there.
We print full colour CMYK and match your artwork as closely as the board allows. Send the label file and we check both on the proof.
Plain cartons in white or kraft board are available. Many brands add a printed sticker later for short runs.
Cartons arrive flat and pre-glued, ready to fold. Rigid boxes arrive assembled, so allow more storage room for them.
Ask about a sample on your quote request and we will advise what is possible for your size. The free proof always comes first.
Once the proof is approved, making takes 4–6 business days, and the free tracked UK delivery takes another 2–3 business days.
Yes. Free tracked delivery covers every UK postcode. Timings and packing details are on our UK delivery page for packaging orders.
A window can be cut into a carton. It suits clear bottles and jars, though many skincare brands prefer a closed box to keep light off the product.
Send photos inside 10 days; the scuffed boxes are reprinted, or refunded if you prefer.
