Delivery is free and tracked to any UK address. We do not deliver outside the UK.
Timings from proof to door
Production starts when you approve the proof and takes 4–6 business days.
Delivery then takes 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

How the boxes arrive
- Folding cartons ship flat, bundled inside outer cartons, ready to fold at your bench
- Rigid, magnetic and drawer boxes ship assembled in protective outer cartons
- Large orders arrive on more than one outer carton, each with its own tracking
- Tracking details are emailed when the order leaves production
Checking a delivery
- Count the outer cartons against the delivery note before signing.
- Open one carton from each design and check it against the approved proof.
- Report any damage or misprint within 10 days with photos.
- Store the rest flat, dry and out of direct sunlight until you need them.

Which parts of the UK do you deliver to?
Any UK address. Some remote areas can add a day to the transit time, which we tell you about when we confirm the order.
Can I get my boxes faster than 4–6 business days?
Production time is 4–6 business days after proof approval. If you have a hard deadline, tell us on the enquiry and we will say honestly whether it can be met.
Do you deliver to a fulfilment warehouse?
We deliver to any UK address you give us, including a fulfilment centre. Check the warehouse's booking-in rules first and tell us about any labelling they need.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed when the order leaves production.
What if nobody is in when the delivery arrives?
The tracking link shows the delivery attempt and the options for redelivery or collection. Give us a daytime address, such as a workplace, if home delivery is difficult.
Can one order be split between two addresses?
Yes, on request. Tell us the split when you confirm the order, and each part gets its own tracking.
Do flat-packed cartons need any equipment to assemble?
No. Folding cartons are pre-creased and fold by hand. Auto-lock bases click into place; tuck ends fold closed.
Are the outer cartons branded?
No. Boxes arrive in plain outer cartons.
What if part of the order is missing?
Count the outer cartons against the delivery note and tell us within 10 days. We trace the missing carton with the tracking and replace it if it cannot be found.
