Is the image I make here the final artwork?
No. It is a brief for our designers, showing where you want the logo and which colour and finish you like. They prepare proper print-ready artwork on a dieline and send it as a free proof.
Can I move and resize the logo?
Yes. Drag it anywhere on the photo, use the slider to change its size, or use the arrow keys to nudge it.
What does the colour choice mean?
It tells us the main print colour or the overall colour of the box. If your brand uses an exact reference, add it in the notes and we match it in the proof.
Does the finish choice change the price?
Each finish is priced separately on the quote. Choosing one here just tells us what to include; nothing is charged until you approve a proof and confirm the order.
Can I design a box for a product that is not in the photo list?
Yes. Choose the nearest style, place your logo and explain the product in the notes. The designer sizes the real box to your product.
Can I upload full artwork rather than a logo?
Yes. Upload it the same way. If it is a complete layout, our designers set it on the dieline and check it for bleed and resolution before proofing.
Who sees what I send?
Only the design and sales team who prepare your quote and proof. Files are used for your order and nothing else.
What happens after I send my design?
You get an email confirming receipt, then within one business day a written price and a first proof from our designers.
Can I change the design after the proof?
Yes. Changes before you approve the proof are free. Once approved, the proof is what we print.
