When is an order confirmed?

When you approve the proof and confirm the quantity in writing. Before that, nothing is made and nothing is owed.

Can the delivered quantity differ from what I ordered?

Slightly. Print runs have a small over or under tolerance. We invoice the quantity supplied.

Who is responsible for checking the proof?

You are. Check spelling, layout, sizes, barcodes and any legal text before approving. We check the technical print details.

Unless your quote says otherwise, in full before production starts, after you approve the proof.

Is VAT included in the quote?

VAT is shown separately on the quote where it applies, so the total is clear before you confirm.

What if I supplied the wrong dimensions?

Boxes made to dimensions you supplied and approved on the proof are not faulty. We quote a reprint at the usual price.

Do you store my approved artwork?

Yes, with your order record, so reorders can be placed without sending files again.

Can I use your product photos on my own site?

Photos on this site are for showing box styles and are not licensed for reuse. Photos of your own finished boxes are yours to use.

Can these terms change?

Yes. The terms on this page at the time you confirm an order are the ones that apply to that order.

Quotes and orders

Prices start from £0.25 per unit and are confirmed on a written quote that describes the box style, size, board, print, finish and quantity.

A quote is valid for 30 days. An order is placed when you approve the proof and confirm the quantity in writing. Quantities are quoted per order; we may supply slightly over or under the ordered quantity within normal print tolerances and invoice the quantity supplied.

Proofs and artwork

Every order receives a free design proof.

You are responsible for checking the proof for spelling, layout, sizes, barcodes and legal text before approving it. Once approved, the proof is the standard we print to. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos and images you supply.

We send a proof based on your artwork and the agreed size.
You check and approve it, or request changes, which are free before approval.
Production starts on approval and the order cannot then be cancelled.

Payment

Payment terms are shown on your quote.

Unless agreed otherwise, orders are paid in full before production starts. Prices are in pounds sterling and VAT is shown separately where it applies.

Production and delivery

Production takes 4–6 business days after proof approval.

Delivery is free and tracked to UK addresses only and takes 2–3 business days. Dates are given in good faith; we are not liable for losses caused by delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed.

Faults, reprints and refunds

If boxes arrive misprinted, damaged or different from the approved proof, tell us within 10 days of delivery with photos.

We reprint or refund the affected boxes. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected boxes. Faults caused by errors on an approved proof or by incorrect measurements supplied by you are not covered, but we will quote a reprint.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Nothing in them affects rights that cannot be excluded by law. If any term is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
