What do I need to include to get an accurate price?
The product the box is for, its dimensions or the container size, how many boxes you need, the print you want and any finish. Artwork is helpful but not needed for a price.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day. Quotes sent on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend are answered on the next business day.
Is the quote binding?
The written quote is the price you pay for the specification it describes. If you change the size, quantity or finish, we send a revised quote before anything is made.
Can I get prices for two quantities at once?
Yes. Ask for the quantity you need and the next one up, and the quote shows both unit prices so you can see the break.
Does the quote include delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free and tracked to any UK address, so the quote total is the full cost.
Can you quote from a competitor's spec sheet?
Yes. Send the specification and we quote the same construction, board and finish, or suggest a change if we think it will serve you better.
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote or a proof?
No. The quote and the design proof are both free. Payment is only taken once you approve the proof and confirm the order.
Can I ask for a quote by phone or WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Call the number at the top of the page or message us on WhatsApp. We still confirm the price in writing afterwards.
What if I do not know which box style I need?
Choose the option that says you are not sure. Tell us the product and where it is sold, and we suggest a style with the quote.
How long is a quote valid for?
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Board and print prices move occasionally, so after that we check and reissue it.
